On our two accounts: 1 is on a WIN10 Computer using Firefox latest - Deedoz 1 is on a WIN7 Computer using Firefox and Chrome -DeedozPadre
2 days ago games would stop loading for me : DeedozPadre As of last night games will not load for : Deedoz
We did not change anything on the computers. The game starts to boot up and goes through a series of upgrading/loading/configuring screens for HOURS and never resolves. That's for any game we try loading. This just started about the 3rd of the month.
Reboots, and clearing history/cookies did not do anything.
Our IP is 121.55.240.XXX
Our account web pages act just fine and update, we just cannot load any games.
Please assist. If you have a phone number that I can call 24/7 please provide.

Uninstall and reinstall roblox and if that doesn't work look up speedtest on google and reply with your upload & download speed.

Uninstalled, rebooted, installed and am in over 20 minutes of configuring. That doesn't work.
Computer is a WIN7 Firefox, Core I5, 6 gig of ram that was running FINE with Roblox 2 days ago. Speed guide:
8073 kbps down 926 kbps up

Rebooted the cable modem and router in a controlled method, tried to install Roblox, and it has been in a "configuring Roblox" for EVER.

| If you have an old computer (4 or more years old) then that might mean your computer is no longer compatability or its nothe able to run the roblox software. If you have a newer computer, then a security feature on your computer may be preventing it from loading. |

On the Win7 machine I uninstalled it last night as recommended. Now it will not install from the new Roblox player launcher I downloaded last night.
Win10 machine does not contain a Roblox directory in the program files directory.
I've tried the immediate refresh and "play" on both machines, neither works.

On the Win7 machine, I've tried Chrome.
On the Win10 machine, I've tried Edge, or whatever browser it is.
I fully believe it is an IP issue and nobody is talking about it.
I can download the app to install it, but it never finishes. I can click on the Roblox studio shortcut that appears on the desk top and it never finishes.
I uninstalled on the Win7 machine last night and now it will not install.
I've tried the "refresh" trick on the Win10 machine and that does not work.
Why does Roblox not talk to these errors they inserted? D |

Speedguide numbers at the top of the chain. 3Mbps cable modem.
I downloaded and installed TAR browser last night. Roblox still will not finish install.

Removed Firefox as my default browser and made Chrome my default browser. Re-booted the computer (WIN7). Tried to install the latest PlayerLauncher file from Roblox and ended it at 15 minutes "configuring".
No good, they hosed their servers somehow last Wednesday or Thursday. I have no single core computer in my household, that's a lark.
I'm still thinking an IP block.
