Here's the situation: I tried to log on my main account about 2 days ago,only to see that somehow ROBLOX sent me a "security notification" asking me to reset my p-w0rd. At first,i thought "no big deal" to myself,but then..
I did everything as instructed,entered the correct credentials ( yes,my e-mail is entirely valid,linked to my main acc and is in active use ) but when i hit the "Reset p-w0rd" link,i get a message saying that it was a success and i should have received a new message, but when i open my inbox, there's ZERO new messages. Not in the junk mail folder,not anywhere. I re-tried over and again about 15-20 times over a timespan of an entire day,making sure that all credentials were correct and double-checked, but i still receive not a single one of that dreaded account reset message.
So i contacted the official roblox e-mail ,explained all details and waited patiently for my ticket, then all i got in return was a reply-b0t automated message from a certain Leorna ( which i'm convinced is not a real person ) basically telling me to click the button harder.
I replied with a second message,telling them that nothing still worked at all. But i got the EXACT SAME copy-pasted message from the EXACT SAME bot.
A few moments before posting this thread,i sent a third message,asking specifically to not be replied with an auto-reply bot.( inb4 i receive the same copy-paste message )
I have no clue what to do at the moment and i'm quite afraid i'll receive another useless bot message. Could any of you guys suggest me on what to do to gain ownership of my account again ?

that's one long post, luckily (well not really lucky for me) I already know the problem
Basically, your screw--ed
Roblox doesn't seem to use anything but the automatic one The reset was completely random and didnt happen to everyone but even if you do get the email, the link just takes you to a reset page, which will always say invalid ticket and not let you do anything.
Your only option is to harrase the mods into action I guess, send em all pms asking for help. |

| I have met the same issue, save for the difference in which a fellow named Andrew has responded to me twice, with the exact same message. I understand that they have a lot to deal with, but if it doesn't work the first time, why don't they look over the issue and try another solution? |

| @Alt, Just try to call roblox. Tell them that you are not that good with English and ask if they have someone who speaks your language there. |

didn't know this was a widespread-ish issue
both my main and one of my alts got hit with the surprise "we reset your pw lol!" security thing
so now i am on this

same exact issue for me I spent a lot of money on this game and i have clockwork headphones. If I don't get my account back I'm gonna take this further than just emailing and getting a response from bots. |
