| I tried to buy robux and bc yesterday and I have receipts from Apple confirming my purchases but they never finalized on ROBLOX and I sent 2 emails to roblox and 1 to Apple and I haven't got a reply from either. Someone tell me why I'm not getting my robux |

| E-mailed 2 times yesterday and 1 time today, I shouldn't have to wait forever to get my product, nor should I wait for roblox to feel the need to message me back. |

Roblox is just experiencing technical issues in their system, so you will need to contact Roblox Support at info@roblox.com
Remember, you gotta explain about what had happened to your payment, and include the proof of payment in the email too.

| I'm not new to purchases, and I can read, I emailed the billing info my account name, sent screenshots of my apple receipts, reported a problem to Apple, still nothing back and I'm getting furious. |
