I am having a big problem with this new update. I have been constantly trying to reset my p-word with an email that WAS ON MY ACCOUNT. But I never get the email for the reset, and I am getting tired trying to reset my p-word. I know a lot of people are having trouble with this, so what is the best solution? I have already sent emails to roblox, and I just keep getting an email that does not help me at all.

the email isn't going to the junk folder the issue is that no emails are being sent/received
-a person w/ the same issue |

i agree give it a couple of days
roblox is uh kinda slow sometimes
but they won't lock you out of your account like this forever they could actually get in trouble if they did that on a mass scale as they've seen to do here if they don't fix it |
