that's the closest I found to any answer, but that's specifically for Canada (I didn't google a specific country)
so I'd assume it just depends on what country and everything

I wasn't specifically looking for Canada, that just came up in google searches
kinda figured you didn't mean canada anyway, since it's been legal since 2005 (right)

"your new resident state will not recognize your marriage. For all practical purposes, the state will treat you and your partner as if you were single." that's not for poland, but this is probably what will happen
there's also this: "In theory, your marriage is guaranteed to be recognised in all other EU countries - but this does not fully apply to same-xes marriages.
If you get married in a different EU country than your country of origin it is a good idea to register the marriage at the consular office of your country of origin where you live."
also found another site saying same-xes marriages are not recognized in Poland, so I'm guessing the answer is just no, it won't count
