my anxiety has been stressing me the hell out for the past 3 days that i've missed alot of sleep. Well basically , my anxiety leads to deeper beliefs in things than any normal person. so basically I make up theories that arent even existent and put me in a state of absolute panic in normal things and make me feel doomed.
I dont know what to do at this point. I've slept 5 hours yesterday and I'm too stressed tonight to fall asleep.
And yes ,I know this thread makes no sense. it's just how i feel currently.
I've tried to chill out to music but I get a sense of panic and start digging deeper into that panic and making it even worse.

i think i should be able to sleep now.
i chilled out and got focused on something else for a while and now its gone.
