Hello,
Today I am here to suggest my of "Live Chat". Live Chat is basically an online way with staff replying to you in a chat room. Instead of sending emails back and forth to the company your replying to, you can simply go into a chatroom with another staff member, as soon as they are ready to help you. This would save a lot of time with replies, and get all the things you need to know down pat, and every time you replied saying "Thank you, also, what does this do?", they would reply within a few seconds/minutes. Really makes the experience of ROBLOX Much easier, without having any actual application open. Summary: A chatroom where you talk to a staff member that can reply to each question or inquiry you have, and helps you get your problems solved easily, and is efficient instead of using the daily email. You also (depends if they want to do this) can select an issue, a category it would go under and then be sent to that certain staff group handling that category.
Hopefully this is implemented as I see it as a vital asset to ROBLOX, and they really need it.

Possibly, but we have to factor in that other websites and game producers are starting to add this in, so it'll definitely be a big feature big companies will want/have in the future, because Customer Support is VERY important.

yea it would but there could also just be like a waiting list, like you would request to get in and an admin would tell you a specific time to get on the chat at

Sorry, I was just trying to make the tldr people not say that, oh well.
Also, if you want to look at a company that does this, look at the company "EA".
They have a livechat for millions of customers, and you can select a game, category then issue and you'll be redirected to a staff member as soon as they can help you.
Of course the game part wouldn't be there, just a category then issue, so you wouldn't actually need as many staff members to resolve issues.
