Curl ups hurt your back later on in life
But they tight to work but there is better ways go on youtube there is some good videos

Or you can be human and do my workout:
Run 3-4 miles a day, bench 200+ (I usually do 260-340) with reps, pull-ups, and a lot of core workouts. |

Do the plank for 1-2 minute(s) Do some sit ups or crunches.
