| Usually thinking about the nightmare won't help. I overcome my nightmares pretty quickly. Plus, the most a human can stay up until is 11 days so no worries. |

What happened in it?
A good way to fix this is to go into your parents' bedroom and say, "Can I sleep in your bedroom? I had a nightmare." in a little kid voice.
It worked for me until I was about 10. lmao |
