we use a payroll website where i have to electronically sign one for some reason, i don't think i'm gonna do it unless they tell me to in person
i'm working as prep cook this weekend and the non compete basically says i can't work for any of their competitors BUT i also agree that the non compete does not prohibit me from attaining "comparable employment"
seems to me like these are expressly contradictory... i aint signing sh##, i'm not even full time staff |

I get paid through an online direct deposit. That's normal.

Meaning they don't want you working for other venues, but working as a prep cook or something like that at a food place is okay.

You work at a concert venue. If they think their employees have anything on them, they're gonna test them. You could sneak something in for a friend in the crowd. You work food. Of course they'll test at their discretion. |

| Getting paid through direct deposit and signing into their contract are two different things |

see but this is what i don't understand
i am assigned 9 documents on the payroll site. a few of them are behavior policies, no issues there. then they have a non-compete AND a discretion agreement. discretion agreement says not to share trade secrets or finance information with competitors if i work there, non-compete says not to work for competitors. |
