1) Are you even a representative? 2) If they wanted to run, they have to put in the time and effort, not my fault they signed up for this. I ran and I go to every session if they are lazy, they shouldn't run.

Some people can make some and miss some. Remember, we can be active, but we all have lives.
Nay.

@ab This is why i gave strict guidelines on how many people can miss without any reason. if they give a reason to the Speaker or SPT it is ok.

"Missing 3 or more sessions without REASON OF HIGH CONCERN shall be grounds for an expulsion."
Is school high reason?

In most situations, yes school is a reason of high concern.

Then I change my vote to "Aye." I assume general laziness does not count as high concern.

this is a really really stupid bill you can just expel them anyway if they're inactive? why are you making a pointless law such as this one when you can expel them and use your own judgment as to whether they're active or not |

| Nay - this bill is pointless, and a database would be needed to keep track of this. |

| Nay, isn't fair to both parties to constantly keep up with excuses, and someone to have to make an excuse to which they cannot attend a session. |

@Bark As you should know when you expel someone you get a lot of critism as they call it "no reason". Expelling someone for inactivity without these guidelines are hard to prove. If we were to expel someone for inactivity we can refer to this resolution and say "Well you did break a rule here" and they would have no defense. Simple. This outlines a lot of things that reps needs to know.
