1. Playing in formations where I was the lone forward. I'm not a hold up player at all, and I refuse to play that way. Give me a partner I can link up with. I have a deep hatred of lone striker formations, and that goes towards the professional level too. I hope the trend dies as soon as it possibly can.
2. When the referee calls you for shoulder-to-shoulder challenges when the other player falls down and is simply weaker than you are
3. My midfielders not playing me through balls on a run when I ask for it or playing it after the moment has passed. I'm not slow, I'm going to win a 1v1 speed battle with a defender in space. Give me the god damn ball.
4. Defenders being allowed to pretty much physically assault me while marking up on set pieces, but all of a sudden when I reciprocate, it's a talking to and a warning
5. Working hard and pressuring the sh*t out of the other team's backline at full pace only to realize I'm the only one running and the rest of my team is just standing there, letting all of my running go to waste as the other team just makes simple passes around me. |

| These are relatable to me when I played striker in indoor. Number 1 is the most relatable. |

6. You are one of the tallest players on your team behind the goalkeepers and everyone keeps playing it low to you on crosses.

"2. When the referee calls you for shoulder-to-shoulder challenges when the other player falls down and is simply weaker than you are"
this x10000000000000000000 i'm usually the strongest player on the pitch and the ref calling those kind of fouls was insanely annoying
"3. My midfielders not playing me through balls on a run when I ask for it or playing it after the moment has passed. I'm not slow, I'm going to win a 1v1 speed battle with a defender in space. Give me the god damn ball."
also this i'm not nearly as quick as you but for the pace i'm lacking i make-up with physicality and just wanting to win the ball more than the defender. it annoyed the hell out of me when my teammates would play it way to late and give me a terrible pass anyway (our midfield was terrible) and then blame it on me. smh

I'm a good hold-up player, target man, and finisher. Those are what you need to be a good lone striker.

| #3 is just their ignorance and I can relate. Just release the dang ball and meet my run or hit the ball infront of me. |

| i played striker sometimes and what makes #1 even worse is when the midfield can't even get the ball to you, yet you're the one to blame since you're "not getting involved with the play" |
