Gameplay is better than realism.
And yeah, durability is tedious unless the game actually uses it well, or is a survival game where the feature actually fits in. |

lol, things don't have durability meters or numbers in real life. and good "realistic" games leave out mundane or boring aspects of real life anyway, because they're boring |

I think it's a good system since it makes you think in rpgs, which usually never happens.
Plus, realism in games isn't a bad thing. |

It doesn't make you think that much. In most cases do you only need a specific item or need to go a specific place for this to be removed, which is more time-consuming than hard.
