I need help using Camera:Interpolate without easing (linear interpolation). I've tried using Lerp, but that uses easing also. Any help? Thanks!

You seriously tried to help me with my last post without knowing what easing is? Easing is the slowing down at the beginning and end of interpolation. Here's a wiki post on it: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=API:Enum/EasingStyle
Of course, this is on GUIs. There's currently nothing on it about CFrame lerp and camera interpolation. |

You were doing linear interpolation wrong by disregarding that the startpoint was changing.
Don't create multiple posts like this. I responded to the old thread. :) |

That's what I figured it was. It doesn't exist for CFrame lerp. It might on camera interpolation, but I wouldn't know since I only do my own interpolation. I like to have a bit more control.
What exactly are you needing?

| Wasn't creating multiple posts of the same kind, last one was on CFrame:lerp. This one is on Camera:Interpolate. But, I will try your advice. :P |

Jarod you were spot on in your explanations. You only needed a code example.
Sorry Degreds, this thread IS actually different.
I had no idea that :Interpolate used easing. Huh. |

| Okay, I figured out what you guys were saying. I feel kinda blind for not figuring it out. Solution: Use the starting point variable rather than the camera's current position. I'll post the solution on my other post for future idiots like me. |

"Jarod you were spot on in your explanations. You only needed a code example." It was all accurate, I just didn't explain it well. Yours is pretty easy to visualize, you did good. :D
