My fellow citizens, today I proudly would like to announce that I am biding my ticket in to be elected for your, next President, of the Republic of Colombia. First off, I'd like to state that I've been in Colombia for some weeks, and I have seen a lot. There were good candidates, and bad. The candidates you may call "good" and are supporting them might actually be bad. With all due respect to my other candidates, most Candidates have failed to accomplish many because they go inactive, they do something corrupt, and they let power get to them. I've had plenty of experience to say that I am not one of those candidates. I'm not a politician. I'm a straight-out woman who only dreams of representing Colombia and its people. For far too long citizens have been having an only concern and worry about having a job, afraid of being exiled, afraid of corruption, and hoping for our country to unite once again. As President, I will have a number one priority being the citizens. I will do monthly approval rating polls, and I will also hold monthly press conferences. These aren't promises. They are guarantees. I will also do debates where citizens can come and debate me over issues that they believe I need to attend quickly, that I might not see. If you want to run a country, you cannot do it alone. Friends, this is why citizens matter. Citizens bring us together, united we are together. Now that you know who I am as a person, and what I am about, please take a moment, and look through my speech.
[EMPLOYMENT] I haven't seen many tryouts lately, nor trainings. Only from the 4 main and only active agencies we even have. Our country is rapidly growing in size and citizens. This means more people needing a job, and more opportunity needed to be given. When was the last time we've seen our Police on the streets patrolling? And the Intelligence Agency? Where are those tryouts? And why aren't they happening? It is time we have an administration who actually cares about our employment rate. Citizens that are jobless turn into criminals because they have simply, nothing to do. That ruins Colombia, and that ruins the citizens view to us, to Colombia. As President, I will enforce my bill that I plan to pass through Congress which was making sure agencies have 2 trainings and 2 tryouts monthly. Which is more than reasonable. If they do not fulfill this, they will receive a warning, and afterwards, they would be replaced. This keeps people doing their jobs, and it will help others get jobs. It's time we step up and push our limits. Break the bar standard. And break records. It's time we fix our employment in Colombia, it's time we give our citizens their job back. And that is how we'll do it.
[DEFENSE AGENDA] Our Colombian Military has had it's ups and downs, and it depends on who is leading the military, who serves in the military. Our President has tried to host BMTS, Colombian Recruitments, and have definitely worked hard to push the Colombian leaders to do their job. And yet, sometimes have succeeded. This has been one of the downsides of many administrations. As President, I plan to nominate the right leaders, the ones with experience, skill, strategy, and leadership. I will also have them pm'ing interested civilians to join. And BMTS/Recruitments will continue. To make Colombia where it was before, we need maximum effort, not lazy leaders sitting around waiting for the time to come when they need to do something or they're in trouble. No. That's not how I plan to run this Colombia. I plan to run it with a safe environment, a very good defense system, and very good leadership.
[FOREIGN AFFAIRS] In the previous Presidential terms we have had the most violent and rapid conflicts with other nations. Perhaps its because the State Department isn't doing their job, or there are lack of meetings going on. There is no reason we should've had war with any countries. It has occurred to me that other nations would attack us first. And right after, war would happen, even though it was the "last resort", apparently so, it was not. As President I will make sure to have good communication with other nations. This being quick pms, getting their skypes, creating our own United Nations group to talk out issues, and bringing nations together, not apart. The farther we drag away, the harder it will to get back to where we should be. I will do this, but with not only one nation, a ton, joining in together to form a United Nations group.
[NATIONAL SECURITY] This is something that has to do with the international terrorism attacks on our innocent and unprotected citizens who should've been protected way long ago. Now of course, there is no super current attacks, but there were. Those terrorists were not and still not being taken care of. It should've to begin with been taken cared of by the Department of Public Safety and Intelligence. And the National Security should have been monitoring the situation, but alike other agencies, it was not active. As President, I will spend lots of time having week by week meetings receiving updates from the National Security, and I will have my Minister appoint a reliable director to lead Public Saftey and Intelligence and protect the Colombia from terrorist attacks that have been happening.
[GOVERNMENT/WHITE HOUSE] I will speak with my Chief of Staff to collect monthly updates upon what they did as their role, and if nothing was accomplished, I would find out why, and I would be able to fix it quickly. This also would make sure that my Cabinet members are doing their job. It'll update me so I know what I need to do as President. I will also host lots of Cabinet Meetings to review problems that their agency directors have experienced. Problems being like needing a place to host trainings, needing advice and guidance, etc. This is a way where I can contact my administration as a whole and have a successful way to get things done.
[PEOPLE] THE PEOPLE are the MOST important thing to me. As President, I will do my number one best to interact with the citizens, and hear what they have to say. How I'll do it was in the introduction, but I have other ways. I will allow citizens to witness Cabinet Meetings at times, and have citizens able to PM me, or my secretary, so I can communicate better with the citizens. I will also continue the COLOMBIA GROUP CHAT because it has helped a lot with the things we need done. I will represent the voices of the people. And I will protect our nation. I can guarantee, this WILL happen. And I WILL do this. Colombia is united by the people, with the people.
[CONCLUSION] If elected, our entire Administration will be filled with hardworking people. Our employment will rise, our corruption will drop, and citizens will be protected. We won't have conflicts with other nations as often or as seriously, and we will have a controlled stabalized nation. Everything I spoke about were the problems I knew I saw through thick and thin. If our country didn't have anything to improve, I would not be running. It is certainly something we do need to improve because of our past leaderships not doing their jobs. It has come to my attention that our Colombia is a mess, and it's time we pick up the pieces and put our puzzle back together. It's time we take Colombia back with real leaders, who are committed to do their jobs. And it is because we are, together, One Step Closer to a Change. Citizens, I ask for your support and commitment to join me on the path to the presidency. Support BellaMarryII for President by saying "Signed." Or you're name, so that I can have your support, elect your first female President.

| "In the previous Presidential terms we have had the most violent and rapid conflicts with other nations. " In all my time in Colombia (I founded it), we have not been engaged with any military conflicts except for a miscommunication (this was before you were in Colombia, and we had only 100 members) |

You fire shots at me saying, "I haven't seen many tryouts or training lately," yet you forget that the armed forces is in a developing stage due to me. If I wouldn't have became Minister of Defense, we wouldn't have the Armed Forces. Also, who would want a president who almost ruined the Colombian - Russian alliance with this: https://gyazo.com/832f9cd3c88f7468f74caf3ead0a88b0
Signed, Minister of Defense, TacticalVirus.
