around 1000-2000 dont really eat a lot of high calorie meals neither do i eat a ton of processed foods |

depends on the time of the year
when it's summer i eat probably maximum 1,000 calories a day and on average 500-700
but if it's school i'll eat the recommended amount of calories
if it's like spring break the i'll probably eat like 1,500 |

I do like to eat food, but some things don't agree with me: specifically too much dairy (e.g. some cheesecakes, ice cream, pizza), though it's fine if it's normal amount and don't have those in the same day. |

i eat this much but only a small amount is from fat (maybe upwards of 300-500) so i dont gain anything
