how do i stop
it's like when i go to sleep at 5am i'll oversleep and end up waking up at 7-10pm and if i go to sleep at 2pm i'll end up waking up at around that time
what should i do
i have tried staying up all night but i ended up sleeping at 2am since it's hard for me to sleep when i should be sleeping and then i ended up oversleeping until 7pm because my sleep is insane

alright
i can stay up the problem is when it becomes nighttime i'll get an urge to suddenly stay up the next night
it's like nighttime makes me awake and daytime makes me tired which is the opposite for 99% of people i think

It may have to do with both sleep deprivation and you trying to wake up during an REM stage of sleep. It's really hard to wake up during an REM stage because you have large amount of melatonin which makes you drowsy and very likely to just fall back asleep.
When you have sleep deprivation, REM sleep is obviously a high priority because it's restorative sleep. So, you spent much more time on REM sleep than usual if you're sleep deprived. This is probably your situation.
I used to have problems waking up but my main problem nowadays is just falling asleep in general. I can wake up really easily after setting an extremely annoying alarm that goes on every 5 minutes. |

Same here with falling asleep. It takes me anywhere from 5 minutes on a good day to 3 or more hours on a bad day, which messes me up a lot. I also have a hard time wanting to go to sleep and actually getting off since I'm pretty much addicted to the internet.

I wake up at 8 no matter what every day. If I stay up late, I usually cover my eyes with a blanket or something so I end up sleeping longer. Because as soon as the sun hits my eyes i'm up.

Oh. The sun actually makes me sad & more tired as weird as that sounds. It's the opposite for everyone else I think which is quite concerning.
