Greetings Skilled Force members, clan and guilders.
This is the update thread you've all been waiting for, in this thread we will discuss the new updates that are coming to Skilled Force that will massively affect how Skilled Force works. With this thread we will be updating our logo to the one made by Frezz1nghot, kudos!

1 | Fort
Our fort is currently being built by royalcannabis, the basic raiding premise of our fort is to corrupt our mystical crystal mine by standing under the giant crystal's shade for five minutes, when that is done, several secret path opens up leading to our glorious Titan.
The titan is basically a giant humanoid bot that will be inactive until the crystal has been corrupted, it will be positioned underneath a cave and can not go outside his rune. The raiding team will have to kill the titan in order to achieve their raid win. However it is not that easy to kill the titan, it will take three hits from the titan to kill someone. But raiders have the ability to do 2x damage to the titan by backstabbing it.
The titan's health would be huge, around 20K or something around that area, so solo raiding is quite literally impossible, it's also possible for Skilled Force to recapture the crystal mine but by standing on it for 7 minutes or so. Once that happens, the Titan will be inactive and the security runes will stop anyone from entering to kill the titan. The titan will also slowly regain his health over time. There will also be a raid limit and a timer limit for raiders to kill the titan within that period, failure to do so will result in a successful defence for Skilled Force.
The mechanics of the fort, right now we have been consistently using old animations and normal swords, we will not change that at all. However we will be adding in new mechanic which is known as Killstreaks, similar to COD, Killstreaks are given when a player reaches a certain kill without dying. Currently the killstreaks planned are
3 KILLS for a medpack that heals you 100% of your missing health. 1 TIME use only
6 KILLS for a scout (wards) and a medpack, due to a recent a ROBLOX update, names are automatically hidden when a player is behind a wall. With scout, one team could see exactly where the other team is in a limited set of distance. This means they can see your body behind the walls for a limited period.
10 KILLS is still undecided, if you have any ideas post below or on the group wall.
That is all for the mechanics and the gameplay.
The scripting would be done by budgers (if he's active!!!)
2 | Training Facility
Our training facility would be completely unique in terms of it's maps. Rather than majorly focusing on meadows or quarry, we will now be moving on to much more realistic training, which is training on other clan's forts. We will be making replicas of all top sword clans in order to get used to their fort so we have no trouble raiding them.
We would also have new maps, that may become the new meadows for all clans, we will be free modelling the new maps we think are great for community to use.
Our current team of developers for the training facility are;
Zilnado - incharge of replicas Quarzonic + brightface - incharge of replicas and maps DESTlN - in charge of scripting the training facility Huuds - in charge of new maps
Our training facility would be using a gui bases system where it is easy to change maps, randomise teams or set wipeout, we will be getting a fresh design from DESTlN, thank you!

3 | Technology, Uniforms and High Ranks
We will be focusing on adding a new promotion system where attendees have to be at an event for 15 minutes in order to get 1 Attendance Point, this is recorded automatically in a data store and will also autopromote users when they have reached the AP required for next rank
We will also be focusing on getting a new notification system, where users have the option to get a private message before an event begins. This might be done by posting on the wall, "Active" to subscribe and "Inactive" to unsubscribe.
Next up, we have decided to go for this uniform for Low Ranks, /a/EjBBP
This image is from the new DC's Aquaman, users will have the ability to change their body colours no matter what they want, blue, red, green, yellow etc. The tattoos, shoulder pads and the gauntlet will remain. The body itself will be transparent.
PreciseLogic will be making the uniform, send him some love from us!
For High Ranks, it will be mixture between an armour and maybe this. Not entirely sure.
All current High Ranks have been demoted, due them being incapable of hosting at least once a week. We will be adopting "once a week" training system, where High Ranks that haven't hosted once a week without proper reason will be demoted,
In order to become a High Rank, they would have to undergo a test supervised by the High Command, if they fail they would have a chance to retry once before being rank locked.
The current High Ranks in Dignitary are developers for Skilled Force, they have no responsibility in hosting an event but if they choose to do so, they will too have to undergo a test, more on this will be posted on a next thread.
4 | Free for All Arena
The free for all arena will be backing it's comeback after being a successful tool in warming up soldiers before and after an event, also a place for socialising and where no one has admin! (Except for me, ha.)
The objective is to keep Skilled Force's activity constant with letting people engage with each other.
I will be responsible for brining this back. I might add a :duel playername option for duelling 1 v 1.
