I would go here if you are just starting:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSQQ9ZchtzE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LiaEDui2vE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqyJk0w2AY0
Those are all good videos to guide through certain fundamentals like "print" and how to make a function, etc.
Roblox Wiki. I tend to use it for clarification and not generally for starting the process. However, learning to script should be practical, so once you start to know fundamentals, you create models and things that you would find challenging.

https://openclassrooms.com/
Not sure there is LUA there (Roblox) but it is the only programming tutorial website that really starts from 0.
Start learning C#/Java maybe, then LUA will be very easy (because most languages are similar->As long as you stay in high level languages (C#, C++, Java))
P.S. I started with C# but I think Java would be a better idea. However, if you start with C#, Java learning will be easier. If you start with C++, RIP, but if you learn C++ you are good to learn every high level languages. |

And never feel sorry for asking a question in computer tech., but always make sure you searched for answers before asking questons.
I know it is very annoying to hear: Check on Google, but you can't actually script without google. If you have a syntax question, don't wait hours on a forum to get the answer, simply write your question on Google, check the 3-5 first links and you sure will get the answer.
If you meet those websites: StackOverflow, MSDN, OpenClassroom, etc. You will find your answers there. (Specially for StackOverflow) |
