It's possibly the greatest game ever made, it perfectly blends atmosphere and setting to create a living breathing world where the npcs actually start to matter to the player. Hit actors like Sean Penn play leading characters like Martin Septim and the voice acting is done fantastically by Captain Picard as the emperor. All in all if I had to answer the question "Should I play The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" my answer would be yes.
