honestly if youre asking us for advice on how to run less than a mile then youre not going to win theres a likely chance that theres a cross country runner that can run it under 5 minutes |

ben if hes asking for help to win then he doesnt know how to run a 1500, then its safe to say he doesnt know how to run a one mile a good mile time is somewhere around 5:30 or below |

| Use an energy formula to determine how fast you should run. I recommend you sprint in the first 200 m to demoralize the enemy. If they see you run that fast, how can they win? Most likely they will stop running and give up. After they have given up, use your energy formula to calculate your pace. Good luck. |

you dont need any energy lol its not far lol its basically jogging for 5 mins then sprint near the end
if jogging 5 mins is long for you then dont bother |

Adding onto your strategy: Go full pace and get ahead of everyone right at the start demoralizing them, then turn 180 degrees and RUN BACKWARDS which will completely demolish their morals, they will stop in their tracks and just give up. Then it's basically just a slow victory lap without pressure. |
