do 1 hour of biking/swimming/running/martial arts for two/three consecutive days take 2 days off, and dont do ANYTHING drink 8 oz of water before each meal and if you eat snacks drink some before your snacks your metabolism will be boosted, and you wont feel like eating much

you dont need execise to lose weight
drinking water before a meal makes the food way slower to digest i would say 30 mins prior
saty under 1350 calories |
