Hello,
I'm getting the error 108 on every game my son tries to play. We recently just installed Roblox on Xbox one. He's been playing on a Desktop computer for a few years.
We can sign into his Roblox account without any issues, he can change his Avatar and scroll through the menus. But every game he has tried (Both favorites and ones from the browse screen) all result in the error.
I do have Parental controls on his account through the Xbox so he can't do most things using Xbox Live, I would like to know what specific settings could be causing this so I can adjust those but leave most of the other Parental controls enabled for protection. |

I figured this one out. There is a setting where my son wasn't allowed to see Shared content.
There are 3 options for this Xbox parental control.
1. Block (was set to this value) 2. Friends (only allow him to see shared content of his friends list) 3. Everyone (The setting I configured). |

I am also encountering this issue for my son's account. I followed the advice above, but I do not see the settings listed at the path provided: "Log in as Adult>Settings>Family>Game Content>Set Content Sharing and Viewing to Everyone."
When I go to Family and select my son's user, I only see the following options (not "Game content"): - Check recent activity - Purchase & Spending - Screen time - Web browsing - Apps, games, & Media.
Under "Apps, Games, & Media", I've set the age restriction to 18 and above (not ideal, but the max for trouble-shooting purposes), but it still doesn't fix the issue.
Is it possible that his age (9) blocks all such user-generated content automatically, not matter what the actual settings are?
Can anyone help? |

| To resolve this error code on the xbox one do the following: 1) Log into the adult/parent account on ############ on a computer 2) Click your profile picture in the upper right corner of the window 3) Click "xbox settings" in the menu that dropped down from the profile picture 4) Look for the "Privacy & Online safety" section, and click the "Privacy" link under that section. Right side of the window. 5) Click the profile of the child account you need to change the settings for 6) make sure "Privacy" is selected under the child account selection 7) Change the setting for "Share stuff other people make" to Everyone. 8) Save your settings |

| Hi if there is no Game Content on the settings go to the Privacy and Online Safety and it should be there, Keep in mind this is for Xbox 1 or Xbox 1 S : ) |
