i know i joke around a lot, but this serious.
when googling symptoms of depression i matched with a lot, specifically, these ones:
Mood: anxiety, apathy, general discontent, guilt, hopelessness, loss of interest, mood swings, and sadness Sleep: excess sleepiness, and insomnia Whole body: fatigue, loss of appetite, and restlessness Behavioral: agitation, irritability, and social isolation Cognitive: lack of concentration, slowness in activity, and thoughts of suicide
i really dont know what to do about it |

well it's usually because of summer there is a lot of social isolation while also considering you forum on roblox
thoughts of suicide, though, is a major problem |

most important questions have you felt this way for more than 2 weeks has anything happened that would make you feel this way(death of a loved one, loss of work, etc.)
if the answer is y for #1 and n for #2 then congrats, you should probably make an appointment with a professional
if the answer is n for #1 and y for #2 then congrats, you may want to wait a bit(see if it goes away) but you may want to contact a professional anyway(because those thoughts)
if it's y for both then congrats, you may still want to contact a professional

@kip well because you had those thoughts, you might want to contact a professional anyway especially if they're really frequent |

yeah, a while ago i was pretty sure i was either depressed/bipolar because my symptoms really matched.
not sure if i still am, but judging from how i feel now-a-days i'm just gonna say i'm not depressed/bipolar |
