| What do you think is the best way to turn a player's character into something else(like in my game, a watermelon, box, can, barrel, etc)? My first idea was to remove all limbs, make torso and head transparent, remove face, and weld the object to the humanoidrootpart or torso. |

I think so like that.
Or another way could be isolating the character somewhere and moving the thing when input is detected. |

Thought about teleporting the character while changing the camera to focus on the object,
but I think it would be better just to remove the limbs and stuff |

| Make the character invisible, destroy the face & tshirt weld the watermelon,box,can or barrel to the character. if the item is small disable cancollide for the torso and head, it's off for the hands by default. that's the simplest way I can think of, hope it helps. |

How about you move the players character to ReplicatedStorage or something, and then use camera manipulation to focus on the transformed item.
