Studio works fine and all but the game wont run. They just appear as background processes. Its been 3 days and no solution. I have tried everything as well. Its not working and i dont know why. Restarting Computer, Resetting Internet Settings, Deleting and reinstalling, Deleting roblox registry and appdata, waiting patiently, etc... None of these things work. Im losing my mind. Roblox please get your act together and fix your bugs. |

Thank you. Unbelievable how unattentive staff seems about getting on little things like these- including the cute little broken group that won't let people leave.
But yeah, I have the same problem and didn't think I'd have to post a new thread about it, turns out I was right.

| I have been hearing around roblox that it is about the new update, chances are (if you're impatient) you might have to upgrade or downgrade from your current windows. It's likely you have windows 7, like myself. |

roblox staff is unbelievably lazy, three days and it's still now fixed? they are not going to fix that probably for a week definitely.

| I have win 10 and i doubt that this is a hardware issue. This is a software bug that clearly affects some players |

I run on Windows 10 and have been getting an issue myself
Some games I can play just fine, like sword fight games etc But then I try to play some games and it comes up with Failure ID=17 illegal request. |

im running on windows 10 and i have the same problem, my game wont open no matter what i do. and roblox is just sitting around doing nothing about this ._. |

| Apparently it was a buggy update, I guess we just need to wait till ROBLOX releases a patch |

It depends on what Intel you've got.
If you've had Intel 7, 5, 3 or you have made a downgrade with it this might just be your problem. If that's happening you will need to buy a new computer. |

I got windows 7 and i have been experiencing this for a long time as well

I've heard of an apparent solution for Windows 10 users I can't test it out though. Go to the store and download the Roblox app on your windows 10 computer and try playing games through there. I can't try it because my download doesn't progress.

This is not ROBLOX's fault. It's your time on your pc. Sync it with the internet time.

Oh right, hundreds if not thousands of users are experiencing the same issue but it's not Roblox's fault, but our PC's that's one hell of a coincidence.

The Time Is Not Da Problem My Computer Just Tell The Time Its 7/23/2016 On Me But Never Work Even Win 10, Or My Mac But Its Still Works At Mobiles :/

| Same is happening to me. I was playing ROBLOX with no issues 10 mins before the update then when my player updated I wasn't able to play and just runs in the background processes. |

| You have the same problem as the other guy. I had it to. I completely removed every trace of ROBLOX on my computer, apart from screen shots and such, and re-installed it. It fixed it for me. |
