If you lift enough, all your fat will be burned but you will gain weight in muscle.

just stop eating as much if u eat 4 times day eat 2 time day
lower calorie intake and do situps,push ups etc

But, if you would like to burn fat, I suggest you do something other than lift because lifting may take a long time to lose that weight.

that being said you should also be trying to eat maybe 3-5 times a day (healthy stuff like) with a small breakfast, medium lunch and big dinner |

you can eat more than 3 times a day lol. its healthy to have snacks between large meals, so i dont know what you're basing your information off of.
for example, eating a few dates after a workout is really good for you

| You guys... he wants to burn fat.. if you are just looking to burn fat don't eat more then 3 times per day if you are looking to gain muscle that's when you get the high calorie intake. |

exercise is the best possible way to burn fat which is why we're also telling him he needs to eat healthy foods with the right portions. he doesn't need to limit himself to three meals a day

calorie deficit (eating fewer calories than you need, basically just go on a low carb diet and it'll probably also work as a calorie deficit)
also cardio is the best thing to burn fat

uhh i like to have a light breakfast, usually cereal or a buttered toast (brown bread)
then for lunch it varies, sometimes i have a sandwich, rice etc but i tend to make sure i have a good amount of meat in it
then for dinner I tend to have a big meal consisting of meat and veg (usually something like steak or chicken with beans/carrots/mushrooms or broccoli)
to be fair thats basically an average diet
