Imagine it's a jumping contest where the first person to touch the pole wins. A contest not based on luck but rather physical ability.
Then you have those guys who bust out the stepping stool to get the upper hand.
This stepping stool is essentially the advantages that clans give themselves because they either don't have the ability to defeat the clan without it or because their forts structure isn't decent.
This is a matter that HiCom should consider: Are wars a contest of skill or a clan's ability to make loopholes? |
