| Earlier today i wanted to buy 800 robux. So my dad let me use his credit card to pay $9.95 for it. I went to go buy them, and i clicked submit to all the credit card info and it said that transaction was declined. I clicked submit 2 more times thinking it would work and it didn't. i went to my dad and he checked the his debit card account and he was charged 3 times for the robux. I still didn't get my robux.. What do i do? My dad needs a refund because this isn't fair that it said it was declined and my dad was still charged. HELP! |

| Email Roblox with proof, etc. and they should chargeback or give you the correct amount of Robux, |

| I did the same thing to but i messaged them and called them and they didn't do anything about it. I haven't been waiting for a reply but surely i will get one soon. |
