Not possible.
You can't just transform in body. Although you do get a new body every like 5 years its not nearly as fast as with the werewolf fantasies.
But you could transform in mind. For example dolphins use one part of their brain at day and another at sleep so you might call that a were-dolphin? |

| There's actually a genetic condition where a person can grow more hair than normal, which may give them the appearance of a dog or wolf person. |
