Obviously nobody on this site does, and neither do you. Your pure arrogance at thinking your political opinion matters more than your parents, or matters at all is plain ignorant seeing as you've obviously grown up in a massive hugbox and try to form the edgiest and most controversial opinions relative to your surroundings as you're an attention seeking special snowflake who should drink bleach and get beheaded by a towelheaded kebab.

Yes because as a teenager playing roblox your opinion on social/economic/political matters surely is more informed and worth more than someone who has actually lived more than 20 years and has experienced these things first hand through real world experience.

Right so you're telling me because you simply live 20 more years you know anything about politics?
I know people in their 20s who study and research politics religiously
and i know 40 year old people who dont give a crap about politics
Age means nothing, its what you do with the time you have in certain areas. That kind of thinking is regressive BS meant to put the opinions of younger people down, no matter how valid they are.

Ah yes nice facts I really do enjoy you citing sources that state 95% of americans are influenced by parents, I really did enjoy that 40+ year study conducted by devry university! And how have i been arrogant at all lmfao, I literally admitted my opinion doesn't matter and neither does yours.

If you think real life experience doesn't correlate to politics you're an absolute mong. When change in politics happen, these people know what the consequences will be. As a young person you're just like "oh haha thats real good on paper wow that must be good!" without realizing what the legitimate real life effects of that certain issue will be. That 40 year old may not know crap about politics, but he knows how it'll effect him, his family, his ability to make income, everything. Why? Because he's lived it/

When you're trying to imply that a teenagers opinion matters more than someone with legitimate experience you're basically spreading your cheeks and grabbing your ankles

I know a great many illegal immigrants that are just trying to get away from the violence in Mexico / latin America in general.
and the closest they are to criminal is living here without a s.s. number.
they work hard they do jobs good ol light skinned fellers are too proud to do they pay taxes
and besides,
this country was built by migrants / immigrants
you're more american for being an immigrant than you are for having been born on US soil lol |

They can come here legally.
Coming here illegally makes them a criminal
how is that hard to understand?

Eh. You're looking at it from a black & white perspective.
Jaywalking is illegal. I've done it several times with a police officer nearby.
Never been pulled over for it. Obviously I don't do it at a time where it would actually present physical danger to myself or anyone around me, but if we look at it strictly for what it is and ignore the context,
It's criminal. If I commit a criminal act, I am a criminal.
But, there is a difference between the written law and the spirit of the law. Something you cannot ignore or reject. The spirit of the law is very important.
Besides that, sure, it's possible* to come to the US legally. But you'd have a very hard time doing it.
Have you seen the methods for becoming a US citizen? It could take years of waiting just to have your case reviewed or go through initial processes.
All in all, there are people who wait over a decade to become citizens. 10 years of being law-abiding (barring their illegal squatting on US soil), tax paying, and decent citizens.
Plenty of people share ^ that story.
Why does this country make it so difficult to enter legally? Sure, you can say we take in plenty of immigrants compared to any other country on this planet, or you can say it hurts the economy,
But they're coming here anyway. They're here, whether you make it next to impossible for them to come or not isn't a solution.
I'm just saying, you can call it whatever the hell you want. Criminal, illegal, legal.
There is a right and a wrong in terms of the spirit of the law, in terms of social justice. We are doing an injustice to ourselves and our neighbors if we ignore the context of the situation in making our decisions. |
