| A lower RAP often results in a desperate seller base, which in turn attempts to trade off said item at a value lower than what it was previously valued at. Multiple significant RAP decreases coupled with a larger number of desperate sellers ultimately results in what one would call a "lowering" item. So, in short, it is in fact true that a llp can decrease an item's value, maybe even by a pecentage as large as 10%. |

@snowy are these values coming from some magical land of yours? Yum is no way near 70k. At most it's dropped from 110k to 105 so far. |
