"So 1st day of graduation and u have a job right?"
This is actually very common. Most companies usually groom interns and students at college job fairs and offer them jobs that start as soon as they get their degree

my cousin got a job offer from geico a few months before he graduated, and he didn't even go to any college job fairs.

That's because companies actively look for college students to groom and offer jobs to right away
1. It's cheaper (starting salaries) 2. They stay longer and are less likely to miss work for things like injury, family time, and pr3gnancy 3. They're more knowledgeable, technology savvy and learn new methods that weren't taught when older employees got their degree 4. They're more likely to be loyal to the company in order to build tenure |

| Yes sir hurricane because companies hire people and spend thousands of dollars in training and grooming with the intent of firing them after 3 years |

It costs more to fire a bunch of employees on 3-4 year cycles and hire new cheaper ones than just sticking with the original ones you trained
Hope you know that |
