I think I know of a way to do this,
which would simply be taking time() and asking the client to do a change to the server (maybe a boolvalue) and if it took over X amount of time() it'd basically kick you. The problem with this would be trying to find the time() that is considered normal. If you have bad internet it might just kick you for that alone, not because you're lagswitching.
