It may sound boring, but a few months ago i was planting my potato seeds i accidently dropped and kicked a potato under the stairs. I didn't bother to get it though.
Then a few months LATER, i walked down the stairs and saw the really tall plant under the deck growing trying to reach the sunlight. Luckily i pulled it out and put it in a more sunny place. I think it may recover from lack of Vitamin D and C

There were hardly any leaves on it and it was curling to maneuver around all the stuff in the underground deck-stairs part
