They're awful and they don't help anyone at recovering anything. I'd like to speak to a person who actually understands my situation and doesn't just say "we're sorry.. But the proof you provided isn't enough according to our internal tracking thing!" For hacking, and does nothing over obvious unlawful bans. It took me ten days with Roblox support to explain my situation, and they could do nothing in the end even when U showed them proof that literally had the words "hack/ compromised!" written all over it.
How does Roblox expect to get anything done if they never listen to suggestions and have a crap Roblox support team? It makes me not want to buy their products anymore. If I could rate the Roblox support is rare it a 2/10... Just for having a few nice people.
Nevertheless, they accomplish nothing.
If you ever have seen them accomplish something, please tell me. I'd be surprised. |
