| WTF? I was looking at him, and then I stumbled upon a article that shows him as a kid, and he was black, how did he turn to white? Did he like, not go outside for along time? |

how I remember it;
he had this skin problem starting with his hand (it gives you spotted pigmentation of white or something), that's why he wore one glove. then I guess it grew worse and he tried to balance it out, by going all white. |

he had a skin disease named vitiligo that destroys the pigmentation of your skin
in fact I saw someone at the public pool today who had the disease and they were quite tanned but they had lighter blotches on their skin |

he also couldn't tan at all because of the disease
it made his skin very sensitive to sunlight
that's why he always had a hat or umbrella |

apparently about 1.5% of the worlds population has vitiligo
that means like 75 million people have it |
