| Actually surprised you haven't heard of the book, john. It's probably the most well known book on leadership. I'd heard of it before I was really interested in reading it at all. |

Thing is many of the people who write those books got famous BECAUSE of those books not because they did something INRL first and then taught others the principles.
I've never honestly heard someone really successful say "dang this book changed my life", I don't buy into it :/. |

Law: "a statement of fact, deduced from observation, to the effect that a particular natural or scientific phenomenon always occurs if certain conditions are present."
Maybe not literally a law, but pretty damn close. If you pay attention all of these things can be observed and are not just opinions.
My favorite is "Who you are is who you attract."
take a look at clans like VOID or RAA for example. ISO and sasuke always attract people who are similar to them, amplifying their own traits. |

John C. Maxwell (the author) was a successful entrepreneur and business owner before becoming a famous author and public speaker.
"I've never honestly heard someone really successful say "dang this book changed my life", I don't buy into it :/."
Successful people read a lot. Like more than anybody. Just off the top of my head, Melinda Gates has talked about how she can always tell what's on Bill's mind by what book he's reading that week. |

I've read many books by this author. Loved it so much, and I'm glad other people here are reading them as well.

Oh cool. I've read this one and I recently started reading The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth.
I really enjoy them and I feel I'm lucky that I can understand and relate to his books and am able to see how I can apply what he teaches. |

I've been reading personal development books since I was 8. My dad would pay me $50 per book after I read it and wrote a synopsis about it.
These books really are amazing if you actually want to get somewhere in your life. Once you learn how to apply them you'll see the difference.
