Section I. AGENCY INTRODUCTION
The National Security Agency is an intelligence agency directly under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense. While reporting directly to the SECDEF, the NSA also reports to the Director of National Intelligence as being part of the Intelligence Community.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Section II. NEW ARRIVALS
First off, welcome to the NSA. You must sign a contract with the Intelligence Community to work for any IC agency, so go to the game below and fill out the contract. You will begin your NSA career by being a Probationary Agent where you are expected to learn how the NSA works, what we do, and become a respectable member of the NSA. To get out of the Probationary Agent rank, please see the EARNING RANKS section below.

Section III. UNIFORMS
The NSA enforces a strict uniform policy so that all agents are viewed as mature and respectable while on duty. Agents must wear any appropriate dark colored suit and the NSA badge (Found in the group store). All packages are prohibited and any hats worn cannot be large and distracting. All agents are required to abide by the dress code and anyone who violates the dress code will be punished.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Section IV. CODE OF CONDUCT/GENERAL RULES
It is expected that everyone employed by the NSA while follow the rules posted below to the letter. Failure to follow the code of conduct may result in termination from the agency.
• Uniform must be worn in its entirety while on duty • Orders of high ranks must be followed when given, no "ifs" and "buts" • Do not fight with other agencies, regardless of the situation • Do not fight with citizens, be professional at all times • If you are online and in game when a training is occurring, you are REQUIRED to attend or you will be suspended for two days • Do not complain, instead, be constructive about your thoughts • You must follow all laws - no one is above it • You are to give ultimate respect to people whether they be an “enemy” or a friend • You are to use emotions sparingly • Be respectful and do not act childish • Chat professionally on the radio • Do not use faces such as “:D, :P, :O, etc.” • If a higher rank asks you a yes/no question, you respond with “Aye, Sir/Ma'am.” or “No, Sir/Ma'am.” • You must behave professionally at all times • You must use proper English skills while on duty • Understand that all information given to you is classified and leaking this information will result in dire consequences • Use commonsense • If you must go on extended leave, file an inactivity notice ASAP • Abide by all policies, codes, and rules set for the agency
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Section V. SILENCE CODE
All agents under SAIC may not speak in global chat and must only speak to other NSA agents by using team chat (/t), and whenever using the global or team radio they must say "/e" before they type so that their message appears as *Silent*. All agents ranked SAIC+ may chat in global chat as needed, but must remain professional and any chat must be NSA related while on duty. If you want to talk freely, the NSA team is not an option. This code is mandatory and violating this code can lead to harsh punishments that jeopardize your future in the agency.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Section VI. MATURITY POLICY
We expect all agents to be mature at all times, but especially while on duty. Even while you are off duty at any NUSA place, we expect you to be mature and represent our agency well. You have to remember that each one of our agents is representing one of the most prestigious agencies in NUSA, so it is expected that our agents are mature and well disciplined. While on duty, all agents are required to display proper English skills.

Section VIII. WEEKLY LOGS
To encourage activity, the agency will reward anyone who submits an exceptional amount of any of the following logs each week. The amount of points awarded to people who complete the logs will be decided by whomever reads the logs that week. Another bonus is that the logs show activity, which means we won't consider you for removal when we do reforms. Remember, logs are NOT MANDATORY but are highly recommended and will be rewarded greatly. Each Friday all logs will be reset and rewards given out.
PATROL LOGS These are the easiest logs to complete and simply require a screenshot at the beginning and end of the patrol as well as another NSA agent to be a witness.
CRIME LOGS It is required that you provide the name of the criminal, the crimes committed, and evidence that clearly shows the crime taking place.
INTELLIGENCE LOGS If you find anything that seems important and would like to report it to the HICOM, fill out an intelligence report. Evidence is required to submit an intel report and must prove anything claimed in the statement given.
EVENT LOGS These logs are only for high ranks (SAIC+) and must be posted after each event (Refer to HICOM Information for the alternative method of sending event logs). It is highly recommended to take notes on a notepad as you host the event so you do not forget anything that must be filled out on the log.
