[PREAMBLE]
The United States has been peaceful and standby with their military for at least a year now, and we need to give the military the task they deserve. They have been training time to time, and getting prepared, but it never has happened. We need to allow them to do their jobs, so they can get a feel of what war feels like. It is only for the benefits of the military and all their hard work they have put in to serve our country, and they will do the same on the battle field.
[SEC. 1]
We are going to go to war with Russia, but this reason does not only stand in this bill just for the military. Multiple terrorist attacks have been conducted on the city of Las Vegas and District of Columbia, but we have refused to act. Citizens, or spy Russians, have breached our agencies and departments and admin abused them.
a) We will be going to war with Russia, and it will be declared via our group's description as well as the shout consistently. Russia won't be prepared, so this will be an easy time to act.
b) We will only stop once we have achieved true victory.
c) We will only be able to pull out of the war if after a three week cooldown period if it is passed by the House and Senate.
[SEC. 2]
After Russia, we will go back to back with Japan, and they have both conducted few, but impacting terrorist attacks on our soil at the District of Columbia.
a) We will be going to war with the Japanese after we declare victory against Russia.
b) We will only stop once we have achieved true victory.
c) We will only be able to pull out of the war after a three week cooldown period if it is both passed by the House and Senate.
[CONCLUSION]
Please come together as a whole Congress to help our military strive in what they do best, attacking and defending. It will benefit them for the best, and also our nation, we can't stay peaceful.

Nay, this is so wrong.
This only proves that none of you understand foreign affairs or the military both domestic and abroad.

Nay.
There is no proof at all. Along with that, foreign affairs are one of the most valued assets in a ro-nation, and while a military is of equal value, a military should only be put to use when it is truly needed. The United States military, the largest in the entire ro-nation community, should not be put to use because of the passing of a bill with no proof.

I agree with Senator Tim Geithner (MA) as it only damages diplomatic ties with others. Also, it's useless to provoke people to a war. Unless you want to be conquerors, I personally recommend all Congressmen and Congresswomen to say no.
