This is an introduction of new staff members.
Hello, I see you have passed your application! Kristal Hotels is a great hotel and community to work at! Here is somethings you will need to have and know.
- Respect - Respect is a big thing here at Kristal Hotels, as it evolves with our group community. When greeting a customer, say "Welcome to Kristal Hotels, my name is (your username here), how may I help you?" So now you have the customer's attention.
- Activity - You must be active here as a staff member. It takes a lot of hard work as you're helping customers, booking rooms, etc. It is also fun!
- Drama - Drama isn't a good thing here at all, because most of the times, it starts fights. When you see drama/fighting happening, please message a Head of Staff member, and they will take care of it.
