Because to many imbeciles seem to not know the difference;
Sharking is: Person A walks up to Person B and says that his item is worth 60k (when it's really just 20k) Person B gets excited and takes the offer, only to find out they lost roughly 40k. Person A sometimes uses alternative accounts/friends when Person B makes a post on LMaD.
Scamming is: Person A takes Person B's possession.
There's the difference for you.
And technically speaking sharking is scamming because by definition;
Word Origin noun 1. a confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, especially for making a quick profit; swindle. verb (used with object), scammed, scamming.
And scamming is just stealing.
