I take 30, rest for 5 min, 25 rest for 5 min, 20 rest for 10 min, the plank for 1 minute.
And i'm a skinny kid lmao.

Lol you guys obviously haven't done high rep push up sets.
You're supposed to take small breaks, maybe not a minute, to maintain form.
The way we do them on my team is 10 per 30 seconds.
You guys do 30 or 40 and then take 5 minutes rest? That disengages the muscles and relaxes you far too much and it's difficult to get back into the next round. |

When you're working out there is no bell ringing. :p It's better to do less reps of quality, slow controlled push ups versus fast sloppy ones just so you can get the max rest. |

all these people pretending 20 pushups isnt a lot when in reality they probably do 20 nuggets then drink a coke then 20 more nuggets...

@moving 20 pushups isnt alot( at least not to me) but maybe to some othe rpeople it is but thats why im not judging because everyone has to start somewhere

@moving We say that but I'm sure a majority of LMaD that talks about working out actually does. Except for the people who brag about their feats, for example 2 minute miles and benching 700 lbs |

my crap workout i do is like 10 pushups, 10 situps, 10 of each leg lunge thing (forgot the name sry) and then 10 pushups > go on a walk to catch pokemon
20 is a lot but y reset there???

| why don't you start an actual body weight routine? just push ups aren't going to get you anywhere. |

@acid Using your own body weight works well, and is much safer than equipment. It's best for people to start with p90x type exercises. |

@nuki, i'm on keto right now (cutting) then i'm probably going to start a 5x5 body weight routine. Then if i need to i'm gonna bulk
if you don't have muck cooking stuff keto sucks, I've just been starving most of the time. |
