When I CTRL+click (Mac equivalent of right clicking) to move the camera, it gets stuck in camera-moving mode so I have to CTRL+click again to get it to stop. Is there a fix to this? And please don't answer "use a USB mouse", because I would much rather use my trackpad.

Like the mouse goes away? The only known temporary fix to that is swiping the trackpad, and swiping between desktops.
I do that and I got used to it for a while.
