[INTRODUCTION]
After the Great Patriotic War, RSSR looked to help our allies that are threatened daily by hostile countries. We focus our minds around the development of the world. While the Moscow Kremlin was destroyed, we moved our capital to the Tula Kremlin. Our main power supply is now the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, where we look for a cleaner environment from fossil fuels.

[RULES AND REGULATIONS]
Rule 1 - All soldiers are to respect their superiors and fellow comrades. Disrespect and/or insubordination will not be tolerated. This rule is a vital part of the RSSR, proving that we are superior to our adversaries.
Rule 2 - All soldiers are to wear the appropriate uniform when at any RSSR-related event. Custom uniforms are not authorized. Impersonation of an officer will result in direct punishment. If you can not afford the uniform, speak with an officer regarding the issue.
Rule 3 - All soldiers are to present some level of maturity while in uniform or at any Hexian-related events. Failure to do so will result in direct punishment.
Rule 4 - All soldiers are to follow all reasonable orders given by superiors. If given an order, do ensure that the given task is completed to the best of your abilities. If you deem the order unreasonable, contact an officer immediately regarding the issue.
Rule 5 - The use of any exploits are prohibited. If caught doing so, you are subject to termination. If your server is exploited, leave the server immediately.
Rule 6 - As a member of the RSSR, you are expected to show loyalty towards the group. Thus, it is deemed illegal for a soldier to fight against the RSSR with foreign groups.
Rule 7 - Any sort of bribery, treason, or acts that are deemed harmful towards the RSSR will result in termination. Any similar acts will not be tolerated.
Rule 8 - Never surrender. No matter the fight, we are to never surrender. This shows respect towards the motherland and proves we will fight to the end rather than succumb to imprisonment.
Rule 9 - Ensure that you are actively serving the RSSR. Inactivity or laziness will not be tolerated and will result in termination.

The RSSR is divided into three rank categories; Enlisted, Officers, and the High Command.

The rank Senior Sergeant is an Officer in-training. It is the bridge between the Enlisted and the Officers.
As an Enlisted soldier, you are the fighting force of the RSSR. You may be a newer addition to the group, but are still a vital component. You carry out any orders given by your superiors and ensure they are met to the desired degree.
Officers: - Lieutenant - Captain - Major - Colonel
As an Officer, you have been involved with the RSSR for some time now, and are working your way up into the High Command of the RSSR. You follow all orders given by your superiors, but also give orders to those inferior.
High Command: - General - Marshal - Premier
As a High Command official, you are the authority figure of the RSSR. You are viewed as a role model and are expected to follow all rules, as well as enforce them. You do your best to better the RSSR and cooperate with your fellow High Command members to lead the group to victory.
The founders are those who started RSSR. They have no official authority over any soldier.
The GSU Chairwoman is the leader of the Greater Soviet Union, or the GSU. She has no official authority over any soldier.
