ICSO, It has come to my greatest concern, that we have deputies attending patrols, but they fail to turn in their PS logs,there-forth I have created this document to present to you, the punishments given to those who fail to turn in their logs, the punishments will be handled by the Patrol Services Command Staff, Who will ensure the logs will be taken care of, I have had to place this document in effect, because multiple people seem to not take myself and PS Command Staff serious about PS logs, Well today that changes. This document list offenses and punishments given by PS Command Staff, if deputies fail to turn in their logs after patrol.
---Offense--- First Time Offender (Failure To Turn In Their Patrol Logs For The First Time)- A verbal warning.
Second Time Offender (Failure To Turn In Their Patrol Logs For The Second Time)- A written message sent to the offender.
Third Time Offender (Failure To Turn In Their Patrol Logs For The Third Time, Repeat Offender)- Will be suspended 24 hours.
Fourth Time Offender (Failure To Turn In Their Patrol Logs For The Fourth Time Repeat Offender)- Will receive a 36 hour suspension followed by another verbal warning.
Fifth Time Offender (Failure To Turn in their Patrol Logs For The Fifth Time Repeat Offender)- Will receive a 48 hour suspension.
Sixth Time Offender + (Failure To Turn In Their Patrol Logs For The Sixth Time or More)- Will receive a 1 rank demotion, facing possible suspension, and if the offended passes 10 times, a request for termination will be put in.
I approve this document and it is hereby placed in effect as of 12:00 Noon 7/8/2016. Note: Deputies should turn in their logs to their Lieutenant. Sincerely, Southern_Justice Patrol Services Commander |
