I know how to c-frame while building but not scripting.
Is their a plugin for c-frame scripting?
For instance if I want to move a hand up but with smooth like an animation. How would I do so?

| If you wanted to do a hand moving up, then your best bet is using Motor6D http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=API:Class/Motor6D or using the Animation plugin https://www.roblox.com/Animation-Editor-item?id=144373835 here with wiki information on the plugin here http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Animations. |

I've used the animation plugin and made many animations, is that a good substitute for cframing?

If you're just doing animations, totally. I recommend it over lerping CFraming and all that, but they often serve different purposes, such as animating NPCs or things that aren't human, it can get tricky if you're using ROBLOX's animation plugin, so sometimes it's best to go the old route.
