no. bad "café" asked for some coke "We do not serve that." so I told the president (who subsequently told me they had pepsi instead, despite the fact the two terms are practically interchangeable) that they should recommend drinks instead of just saying 'no' because it reduces the income at the end of the day.

bad service. learn to run a damn café, and this is coming from a guy who is experienced in business and running dumb roblox restaurants

I said that you should recommend drinks instead of just blatantly saying 'no' and that renders me as an advocate of hate speech and an impolite and rude person who does not deserve a voice?
I expressed my own opinion in order to make your company better--a thing which is encouraged within business in order to make the company better and to one-up competitors--and you discarded it, kicking me for hate speech and having a waiter tell me to "GET OUT OF HERE!"
You don't know anything about running a company despite your alleged 'experience.' You refuse customers the right of customer service and instead throw in their faces blatantly ignored rudeness and impoliteness in order to benefit yourself. You refuse customers the right to express their opinions on your service, and most importantly: You refuse customers the right to advise you.
You should have just stuck to the forums, where at least you can fit in socially in lieu of assuming a role you have no knowledge of, and no experience of doing; it does not suit you, you do not deserve place visits, you do not deserve R$ and you do not deserve advice--primarily because you disenfranchise your customers and treat them like trash.

All-in-all, it's fine if you succeed, really. You'll only succeed for a day or two before your group withers and rots like every other café group has which has disenfranchised customers and deprived them of their ability to address complaints to you. Every customer who is mistreated by you will recognise the faults in your company and, given as they have no ability to voice the faults without being banned, they will cease to come.
I have seen businesses fall to the ground because their stakeholders lost faith in them (I trust you know what a stakeholder is without Googling it); the customers are mistreated, the staff do not want to work under a common tyrant, the supervisors find you annoying, incessantly irritating and overall malicious. Admittedly, I have never seen a business go to that extent, which really shocks me and disgusts me about your insipid service, your shocking deprivation of my say and your rude staff--which are blatantly disregarded so that you can focus on the even less rude customer who has challenged your utmost, dictatorship-esque authority.
I hope you can pardon my rant--I don't want 25 spams of the 'report abuse' button just for going against you--but you need to fix up on your service. This is coming from a strong advocate of the restaurant/café community as well as even a Chief Executive Officer of them (that's the owner), both experiences I doubt you will consider, as you consider me as scum-like as the similarly disenfranchised people under the German Leader's rule in 1935.

Postscript Please learn what hate speech is. You can find out in an encyclopedia (if you don't have one, tough, I don't want to list other options). Telling you that the service is terrible is NOT hate speech.

Your logo also contains an image off the internet which has not been accredited, which if you actually did know stuff about business which you claimed to, you'd have known that was against copyright law.
And notice you went from 13 to 6 players in 10 minutes? That suggests you lack a capital and do not plan your businesses properly.
