Same thing happend to me when I got my first PC.
Turns out I had plugged the Monitor Cable into the wrong socket in my PC. It needs to be in the one that connects to the Graphics Card.
Try that and see if it works.

Anyways, damien Ik its plugged in the right place because theres only one circle button on my pc, lel. |

It just keeps blinking that constantly, never stopped. Just turned it off like 2-4 hours ago.
Intel Celeron 1.40Ghz.
Integrated Graphics.
Acer, lol...

| Try opening it up, taking out all the RAM sticks and putting them back in, that might work. |
