| go on a extreme diet, exercise actually doesn't help that much. there's a vox video on it, just look up "The science is in: Exercise isn't the best way to lose weight" |

yeah losing weight mostly depends on your calorie intake i believe
but still exercising would help. you don't need a jim, just run around for a good 10-20 minutes, take a break, another 10-20 minutes and you're good

at the most i can only take a good 15 minute walk, because i cant run for a long time and it's extremely hot outside. so sometimes i just get on the floor and do exercises, but that's kinda hard to consistently do.

1. Replace pop with water 2. Replace fast food and processed food with fruits and vegetables 3. Replace an hour of gaming a day with an hour of running, biking, swimming etc. 4. Repeat every day for a few months
...I really need to stop thinking. |

Sit ups (start with 30 a day, you can do more later) Eat 2-3 meals a day and maybe a snack or two or three, depending how hungry you are (snacks like crackers, fruit, etc) Drink water instead of juice or sodas Walk up your staircase 20 times if you have one, walk down 20 times Do the plank with your belly facing the ground for a whole minute. Repeat. |
